LabEx - Virtual Environment screen is black

My virtual environment screen is black, instead of a blue background with icons. How do I fix this?

its black for me too, i tried it on windows and my vm(for linux). tried closing tab and restarting computer. it still wont work

could you please let me know what browser or apps are needed to run this. i have a dell inspiron 7559 8gm ram and i7-6700HQ cpu. im still getting a black screen
