Information We Got from You
LabEx collects your personal information when you voluntarily choose to provide such as your name, email address, telephone number and other identifying information. We may retain some users' usage information (experiment related operations and data) for better understanding and providing service to users. These data will help us develop features, information and services that better meet the needs of our users. At the same time, this information will be used to display the target ads.
We may collect certain technical information about the machine you are using, which will be used to provide a better user experience and to provide more convenient services. The technical information we collect may include: IP address, operation System version, browser version, monitor resolution, recommended sites and more.
We record all or part of your operating behaviors (keyboard and mouse input) in LabEx's virtual environment as a data analytics application for LabEx product optimization as well as for LabEx's partners.
