Splicing and Mixing Multiple Pictures in Python

This project mainly uses Python’s third-party libraries PIL, numpy etc. to implement splicing hundreds of photos and mixing them with one another. After completing this project, everyone can have a simple understanding of PIL and numpy as third-party libraries.
