Build a personal portfolio website and learn what AWS does for it, one visible result at a time. This course contains eight guided labs. Each lab supplies its own fresh environment, so you carry forward knowledge rather than earlier resources.
The example is a designer portfolio featuring three photographic projects: AURA, FORMA and ECHO. Tailwind CSS, the local font, images and project panels are supplied. You focus on running and operating the website; the S3 labs store three cover images and the project list, then authorize real application reads.

Who This Course Is For
This course is for complete AWS beginners who want a useful project before studying individual services in depth.
Prerequisites: No AWS, Linux, programming or website-development experience is required. Complete the labs in the listed order; later labs build on concepts explained earlier.
Learning environment: LabEx provides a browser-based Linux environment, the AWS CLI connection, website code and unrelated fixtures. Use Terminal for operations, AWS View above it for resource state and the actual website page to observe results. AWS View is the learning environment's resource view, not the official AWS Management Console. You do not need a personal AWS account or access keys.

Will I write a website from scratch?
The application and layout are supplied. You edit a small profile, publish content and use AWS services to run, store, authorize, recover and observe the site. Each new concept is explained where you first need it.
How quickly will I see a website?
The first lab places launching and opening the site before detailed infrastructure explanations. Its target is an early visible result after environment readiness; actual beginner completion time has not yet been measured.
How is the course organized?
The first four build, personalize, protect and store the portfolio; the next four connect private materials, recover content and introduce logs and alarms. Each lab has its own complete outcome.
Do I keep the same server between labs?
Each lab starts in a fresh environment with the earlier capabilities it needs. The first lab teaches instance termination; later labs finish with their core result and do not require repeated cleanup. Follow any specific removal instruction when it is part of the lesson, preserve reference materials, and carry knowledge rather than earlier instances or credentials.
Is the artwork bucket public?
The bucket remains private. The website's instance role authorizes an image read, and the website returns the image to its visitor. Public website access and public bucket access are different decisions.
Does the alarm automatically repair the website?
The alarm observes request-derived measurements. You repair the supplied profile and confirm both actual page responses and alarm recovery. Email notifications and automatic remediation are outside this course.
Are there challenges or screenshot submissions?
All eight units are guided labs. Screenshots help explain expected observations; system checks assess the taught outcomes. You do not submit screenshots as evidence.
