Escape From the Dual Vector Foil (Challenge)

# Introduction

In this challenge, we will study a coding problem that helps humans get rid of the effects of dual vector foil. The "Dual Vector Foil" is a destructive force field that collapses three-dimensional space into a two-dimensional plane. Our task is to develop a "RequestControl" class that collects spacecraft launch requests and automatically schedules the next batch of spacecraft launches based on the results of the spacecraft launches. Our goal is to achieve escape by launching spacecraft in batches, with a maximum limit on the number of spacecraft sent at a time.
